​Narumi, the leader of the swimming club, is obsessed with staring at girls in racing swimsuits. However, his habit catches the attention of the girl members, who complain to the Discipline Committee’s Kurosawa. With increased patrol, Narumi’s days of blissfully ogling swimsuits are disrupted. In an attempt to control his urges, Narumi reluctantly decides to put on a swimsuit himself.
